SHIPPING POLICY
As the back-end of this website is a bit tricky to work out true postage costs, especially true when purchasing multiple items, I promise to re-emburse any money that was paid extra once the postage and packaging is covered. This will occur only once the item has been shipped. If you are unsure, you can contact me before you purchase and I will gladly work out the exact shipping costs for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
If order was damaged during shipment, please include pictures of packaging
Send the items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
